Accountant Interviewer

Compensation

• You are authorized to approve a salary within a range of $60,000 to $80,000.
• You are authorized to offer a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.
• The company paid the last Senior Accountant $65,000.

Training and travel

• You have a budget of up to $10,000 per fiscal year at your discretion for training and developmental opportunities.
• This is a 100% remote job. Since the person can live anywhere, the company won’t pay any relocation costs incurred. No matter the location, work is based on an Eastern Standard Time zone.
