This class is designed for women who need a plan and support to build confidence, understand their motivation, and set the foundation for finding the right fit.

Classes will take place via Zoom with career expert Paula Battalia Brand and your class cohort.

Participation in the Finding Peace and Clarity In Your Job Search Program will include:
- Eight 75-minute weekly classes live with Paula and your cohort. Classes will also be recorded and shared. There will be two separate class cohorts to choose from including one on Thursday nights or one on Saturday mornings.
- A paperback copy of The Purple Parachute: A Woman’s Guide to Navigating the Winds of Career Change
- A small peer group from both classes who can asynchronously connect in a public Facebook Community
- An individual one-hour career coaching session with Paula to discuss your job search during the class or within 90 days from the end of the class.
- Two open Q&A group sessions with Paula where you can glean from her expertise and the insight from other job seekers on Thursday, November 9th and 16th
