I attended Paula Brand’s salary negotiation workshop at MACCA in 2018. I found this workshop to be extremely practical and helpful, not only for myself but also for my clients and students. I walked away from this workshop with a new list of resources to help my clients/students conduct meaningful and tailored salary research, and a purposeful activity to help them put their new negotiation skills into practice. Throughout the workshop, Paula gave fabulous tips and strategies that would provide even the most nervous candidate with confidence.
